Palo Santo, also known as “Holy Wood”, is a fragrant wood from South American trees used for centuries in spiritual rituals and aromatherapy, believed to clear negative energy, attract positive energy, and create a calming atmosphere for meditation or prayer.
Burning Instructions:
- Remove dried lavender from Palo Santo
- Hold the stick at a 45 degree angle and light it with a lighter, candle, or match
- Let the stick burn for 30 seconds
- Waft the smoke around the space you’d like to clear and uplift the energy
- Place the stick on a fire resistant holder made of glass or ceramic and let it extinguish naturally
- Remember to focus your mind and set an intention while burning
